“Went to a program planning PD run by Belle today. Thank you for waking me up. For years I’ve attended PD’s and found myself weighed down by “doing all the things” because I thought it was expected. After today I have a passion again to program and plan with my team for our children. I’m “cutting the crap” out and focusing on the children because really, what else are we here for?”
